I come from a world where pressure runs high and the stakes are often tender—life, health, care. As a trained veterinary nurse, I’ve lived the intensity of fast-paced environments where compassion and clarity must walk hand in hand.
With the right leadership, even the most demanding spaces can become places of purpose and growth.
For the past 18 years, I’ve nurtured a business not just built on results, but on relationships. My team has always been my priority—and that care has echoed back in the most beautiful ways. People who once moved on have found their way back, drawn by the culture we’ve cultivated together. That, to me, is success.
Compassion isn’t just a value—it’s a practice. It’s the thread that runs through everything I do. I’ve deepened this commitment through training in Compassion Focused Coaching, learning how to hold space for others with gentleness and strength.
Leadership, I believe, begins with how we show up. And to show up fully, we must be rested. We must be rooted. That’s why I trained as a Yoga Nidra facilitator—to help others (and myself) find stillness, restore energy, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within.
This is the work I love:
Helping people lead with heart, rest with intention, and return to themselves.
I didn’t always feel like a natural leader. I was promoted for my technical skills, but found myself navigating the deep waters of leadership without a compass. There were moments I questioned whether I belonged—whether I should walk away altogether.
But then, coaching found me. Or perhaps, I found myself through coaching.
It wasn’t the job that needed to change—it was how I held it. How I carried the weight, how I responded to stress, and how I chose to grow. Coaching helped me see that leadership isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about learning how to ask better questions, starting with the ones we ask ourselves.
That experience lit a fire in me. I trained as a coach to offer others the same gift: purposeful, transformative conversations that create space for clarity, courage, and change.
Now, I weave coaching into my leadership every day. I also work with clients across industries, because the essence of good leadership—empathy, presence, and intentional growth—is universal.
Leadership isn’t a title. It’s a way of being. And when we lead from within, everything begins to shift.
I bring a blend of deep expertise and human understanding to the work I do with leaders and teams.
Qualified to ILM Level 7 in Executive and Leadership Coaching, I offer coaching that goes beyond performance—it’s about cultivating a culture of care, clarity, and connection that ripples through organisations.
When leaders grow, so do their teams.
And when culture is rooted in purpose, retention rises, customers feel the difference, and business outcomes follow naturally.
With an MA in People and Organisation Development, I design and facilitate team coaching and strategic interventions that align with your business goals—while honouring the human side of change. Because transformation isn’t just about systems; it’s about people.
I also believe that leadership begins with how we care for ourselves.
That’s why I trained in Yoga Nidra facilitation—offering rest as a radical act of leadership. Whether woven into coaching, shared with teams, or offered as a standalone experience, it’s a powerful tool for renewal and resilience.
